This membership club provides workouts designed specifically for women over the age of 40.

Hi, I'm Sherry Smilar!

I'm a certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach and I help women use exercise to help manage weight, get relief from menopause symptoms and reduce their risk of developing chronic diseases using the power of exercise.
